The ceremonial opening of the first session of the Tenth Parliament is scheduled for today (21), during which President Anura Kumara Dissanayake will present the Government s Policy Statement. 
The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education has confirmed that the 2024 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A'L) examination will commence as planned on November 25, and continue until December 20, 2024.
