The Sri Lanka Navy has reported that they have seized over 600 kg of heroin and crystal methamphetamine (Ice ) during the time elapsed this year. 
President Ranil Wickremesinghe states that Sri Lanka s future will be determined by the economic policies implemented over the next five years, the President s Media Division (PMD) reported. 
The Meteorology Department says several spells of showers will occur in Western, Sabaragamuwa and North-western provinces and in Galle and Matara districts.
