Laugfs Gas PLC, one of the main suppliers of liquefied petroleum (LP) gas in Sri Lanka, has also decided to revise the prices of its domestic LP gas cylinders with effect from midnight today (03). 
The price of Litro domestic LP gas cylinders have been slashed with effect from midnight today (May 03), the Chairman of Litro Gas Muditha Peiris announced. 
Sports Minister Harin Fernando has signed a regulation today (03) in a move to depoliticise sports in Sri Lanka. 
A 32-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly murdering her own two-month-old daughter by throwing the infant into a well at their home at Kandakudawa, Kalpitiya. 
The Department for Registration of Persons head office at Battaramulla and several other provincial offices will be open from 08.30 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. tomorrow (May 04) for G.C.E.
