The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Ashley de Silva today issued a clarification regarding the matter pertaining to the visa application submitted by Sri Lankan cricketer Kusal Mendis in order to take part in the upcoming ICC Men s T20 World Cup in the US. 
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has highlighted Sri Lanka s commendable macroeconomic policies, rapid inflation decline, and steady economic growth. 
Sri Lanka s Government must take meaningful action to determine and disclose the fates and whereabouts of tens of thousands of people who have been subjected to enforced disappearance over the decades and hold those responsible to account, a UN Human Rights Office report released today (May 17) says.
