Delivering the government s policy statement in Parliament, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake today revealed key economic strategies aimed at driving development and fostering growth in Sri Lanka. 
President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has expressed confidence that the staff-level agreement on the third review of the International Monetary Fund s (IMF) Extended Fund Facility (EFF) arrangement for Sri Lanka could be finalized and signed by November 23. 
Ukraine fired a volley of British Storm Shadow cruise missiles into Russia on Wednesday, the latest new Western weapon it has been permitted to use on Russian targets a day after it fired U.S. ATACMS missiles. 
Delivering the new government s policy statement, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake emphasized the importance of public accountability, highlighting that the Parliament is no longer a concealed institution to the general public.
