The Supreme Court today (28) concluded the hearing of petitions filed against the Telecommunications Regulatory (Amendments) Bill. 
President Ranil Wickremesinghe has called on all stakeholders, including private sector investors, to support and develop a long-term plan for advancing Sri Lanka s energy sector transformation and promoting green growth efforts. 
Labour and Foreign Employment Minister Manusha Nanayakkara announced that the Cabinet has approved a proposal to provide social security benefits to all workers aged 55 and above across various industries.
