Dr. Jeewandara on Sri Lanka s capacity to test and diagnose monkeypox
The Allergy Immunology and Cell Biology Unit (AICBU) at the Department of Immunology and Molecular Medicine in the University of Sri Jayewardenepura has all the necessary infrastructure to test and diagnose monkeypox which has been detected in several countries, according to head of the department Dr. Chandima Jeewandara.

PUCSL chairman on power cuts during O'L exam period
The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) states that there will be no power cuts during the exam times of the 2021 G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, which is scheduled to be held from tomorrow (23) to June 1.
