(UPDATED) Iranian President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi has called on President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo, a short while ago. 
Iran and Sri Lanka on Wednesday (24) signed five Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), aimed at bolstering bilateral relations between the two countries. 
The Sri Lanka Electricity Bill , which incorporates the proposed reforms for the electricity sector, was presented to the parliament by Power Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera on Thursday (25). 
President Ranil Wickremesinghe declared open the super-luxury hotel ITC Ratnadipa Colombo which boasts Sri Lanka s first ever sky bridge AHASA ONE connecting two towers at a height of 100m above the ground. 
The price of imported milk powder will be reduced with effect from tomorrow (25), according to the Milk Powder Importers Association.
