(UPDATED) Iran s state news agency reported that Iran has fired hundreds of ballistic missiles toward Israel as part of its retaliation for Israel s Friday attack on Iranian nuclear and military sites. MOL
The Kankesanthurai Police Station has reportedly received an anonymous phone call alleging that around 10 police stations in the Northern Province would come under attack. 
Acting Minister of Defence, Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd), inspected the Turkish Navy ship TCG Büyükada, which arrived in Sri Lanka on an official visit yesterday (13 June). 
Sri Lanka s Ambassador to Israel, Nimal Bandara, has confirmed that Iran has launched multiple ballistic missile attacks targeting areas near Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, amid the ongoing escalation of hostilities between Iran and Israel. 
President Anura Kumara Dissanayake, currently on an official visit to Germany, met with members of the Sri Lankan community residing in the country last afternoon (13).
