At least 36 people have been killed and over 30 others injured in a massive explosion inside a chemical factory in the southern Indian state of Telangana, officials said Tuesday. 
The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) says that since a maximum retail price has been imposed on rice, raids will be conducted to penalize traders who sell rice at higher prices. 
The Chairman of the Litro Gas Company, Channa Gunawardena says that the prices of its domestic LP Gas cylinders will remain unchanged for the month of July 2025. 
Former Chairman of SriLankan Airlines, Nishantha Wickramasinghe, who was arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC), has been further remanded until July 15, Ada Derana reporter said.
