A 53-year-old man from Sri Lanka, internationally wanted for a murder committed in Bucharest in 1991 and arrested in Germany at the beginning of this year, will be brought to Romania on April 23 to serve a 19-year prison sentence. 
Police have arrested the suspect related to the incident of misleading a foreigner and selling an Ulundu Wadey and a cup of tea for an exorbitant price at a restaurant in the Kalutara area. 
Ukraine s prime minister has told the BBC there will be a "Third World War" if Ukraine loses its conflict with Russia, as he urged the US Congress to pass a long-stalled foreign aid bill. 
Sri Lanka Police says the general public can provide any information regarding environmental destruction via the hotline numbers 1997 and 1981 .
