The ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon s Hezbollah militants began early Wednesday as a region on edge wondered whether it will hold. 
The Local Consortium of Sri Lanka (LCSL), comprised of domestic commercial banks and financial institutions, has committed its full support for the Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation launched today by the Government of Sri Lanka to restructure the US$12.55bn in outstanding International Sovereign Bonds (ISBs)..
