SriLankan Airline CEO Richard Nuttall said that the government is on its way to privatise several state-owned enterprises as part of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program and one of those is the flag carrier of the island nation. 
The train operations on the Coastal Line have been further limited to a single track, following the derailment of a train at Panadura Railway Station this morning (13). 
Sri Lanka High Commissioner to India Kshenuka Senewiratne called on Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Wednesday (12) in New Delhi. 
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says that there is sufficient progress for Sri Lanka s Debt Restructuring process to move forward.
