The Fort Magistrate s Court has ordered the release of former MP Sujeewa Senasinghe s controversial luxury vehicle, which is now in court custody, on a bond of Rs. 100 million, Ada Derana reporter said. 
The Commissioner General of Examinations, Amith Jayasundara has requested the public to refrain from engaging in activities that may disturb students during the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A'L) examination period. 
The Election Commission is scheduled to convene this Thursday at 10.00 a.m., marking its first meeting since the conclusion of the 2024 general election. 
The Supreme Court has fixed for consideration on December 12, a Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed seeking an interim injunction suspending the holding of 2024 G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
