Heat index to hit extreme caution level in parts of the island

The Meteorology Department has issued heat index advisories for Northern, North-central, Western, Sabaragamuwa, Eastern, Southern and North-Western provinces and Monaragala district. The advisory is effective for tomorrow (May 03).
