The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) has granted the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) an extension of two weeks for electricity tariff revision submission until December 6, 2024. 
The International Monetary Fund s (IMF) Senior Mission Chief for Sri Lanka, Peter Breuer, stated that Sri Lanka s continuation of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program will support stable and inclusive growth for the country. 
The Fort Magistrate s Court has ordered the release of former MP Sujeewa Senasinghe s controversial luxury vehicle, which is now in court custody, on a bond of Rs. 100 million, Ada Derana reporter said. 
United States international development finance corporation, which is partially funding the Colombo port terminal in Sri Lanka, is employing due diligence on the project after the allegations against the Adani Group chairman by the US Department of Justice came to light.
